Checkout

When you’re done shopping, click “Checkout” to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don’t want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

You will have a chance to verify the information in checkout and, if no changes are necessary, proceed to “Confirm Order”. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped.

Shipping

We ship globally. Orders typically arrive in four (4) to six (6) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States. For International shipping, orders usually arrive in eight (8) to fourteen (14) business days.

We offer a US$6.00 standard shipping rate – USPS First Class Mail – within the United States and an International shipping rate for Canada orders of US$9.00 and for all other countries US$12.00 through USPS First Class International.

All our shipments are made from the Dominican Republic, where we are located, to our courier’s location in Florida, USA, from where these shipments are sent to our customers in the USA and overseas.

For rush orders FedEx Express Shipping is available:

– United States: USD $34.00 (1–2 working days)

– Everywhere else: USD $54.00 (1–3 working days)

Please Note: That buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred in their own contries.

Packing

You will receive your order beautifully packed in a small white box decorated with an acqua blue lace or instead with a raffia lace. So, if you are buying for yourself or for someone special or sending your order to another person, your order will arrive packed as a delicate gift.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

 

Order Status and Tracking

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

The first confirms that your order was received (your order confirmation number will link to the Order Status page); this email will arrive within about 24 hours. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our store.

Return Policy

If not satisfied with the item purchased we accept return of same, unused item(s) within 30 days of placing your order.

Once received, your item will be immediately inspected and upon acceptance a refund (shipping fees not included) or exchange, whichever you’ve selected, will be promptly issued. A confirming email will be sent. Please note that any items showing signs of damage, wear or alteration (including re-sizing) cannot, regrettably, be accepted for return and will be returned to you.

Promotional Items

If your original purchase included a promotional item subject to minimum purchase requirements, e.g., a Gift with Purchase, the promotional item must also be returned (in new and unused condition) in order to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, the returned item will be eligible for store credit only.

Other Services

Engraving Services

In The Larimar Shop we offer the possibility of engraving rings and pendants upon customers’ request. This service has an additional cost of US$15.00 per piece. If you want your purchased item to be engraved with a name or initials or any specific text, please complete your purchase order and once you receive your order confirmation email, send us this service request indicating the text, name or initials you want to include. Once we receive your request we will check with our artisans if the piece selected by you can be engraved accordingly.

We will email you a separate bill for this additional service through PayPal and once your payment has been completed, we will proceed to engrave the piece. Please bear in mind that this service increases delivery time of your order in 2 – 3 working days.

Ring Adjustment

Most of our rings are unique pieces and we only have that size in stock. However if you like a specific ring and want it to be enlarged or reduced, we will resize it at no additional cost. Please include a note when checking out with your size request.
